Swinford House LLP operates as a separate unit within our Albion Street offices. It incorporates our bookkeeping team who can facilitate either one-off or regular bookkeeping assignments.

- Bank reconciliations
Our team are fully trained on Sage accounting software and we are approved users of sage. As accountants club members we can assist in the installation and set up of new accounting systems. Our payroll department can alleviate the burden of the wages process. Whether it’s monthly salaries or weekly wages we can prepare all the necessary documentation in house and if required, facilitate any BACS payments to employees. The service can be completely tailored to suit your business requirements.

Company Formation.
Many start ups require Limited Company status. Bache Brown can assist in the incorporation process by registering the new company at Companies House in addition to issuing and allotting the appropriate shares to the company owners. The new company will then be ready with a fully compliant set of statutory books that can be updated during the life of the company.
In addition to the Companies House forms, various documents are also required to be completed and submitted to Her Majesties Revenue and Customs at the inception of the company. Bache Brown will ensure that these are dealt with promptly in order to avoid penalties.
